Terms and Conditions for Toon Photography:
WE ONLY DELIVER TO ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. If an order is made and the address is outside of the UK we will need to cancel the order and refund. Please contact us if you need an item shipped overseas. If you do make an order from overseas I will refund – however, this may be subject to charges. Unfortunately these charges are out of my control.
We offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £50 but if you require something a little more urgently, or if you want to guarantee delivery please select Signed/Courier Delivery. If you spend over £100, Signed/Courier delivery is FREE. Please note, Signed/Courier delivery is for Canvases, Prints, and Acrylics only. Do not select this option for mobile covers, passport covers, hardboard coasters and wallets. Non-refundable if selected.
PLEASE NOTE :
All items are made to order, so while Signed/Courier delivery is certainly faster than FREE shipping, it could still take a few working days. Once we receive your order the item is sent to the supplier to be made and then it is dispatched.
Prints, canvases and specialist items (Mobile, iPad, iPad Mini, Kindle, Passport covers, Chopping Boards, Mugs, T-Shirts, Jigsaws) ordered together will be dispatched individually. This is because different suppliers are used. One supplier is used for Prints, another for canvases, and a final supplier for the specialist items. Items are dispatched within 3 days, but we always recommend 5-8 days as we do rely on Royal Mail.
Standard delivery is by “Royal Mail First or Second Class Post”. Please allow extra days during busy periods, especially Christmas, and please allow a little extra time for delivery to remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. In the event that the Postman decides to keep your parcel or he delivers it to your neighbour without letting you know we may not be able to track the parcel.
If any discount codes are not working please contact me BEFORE ordering. If you go ahead with the order despite the discount code not working, I am unable to rectify this after the point of sale.
Discount Codes are subject to change at any point without any prior notice.
If you make an order and try to use a discount code after the point of sale we will be unable to refund the difference.
Gift cards must be used before the expiry date. we're not monsters though, if you forget to use it and let us know within 14 days of the expiry, we'll see what we can do for you.
They can't be exchanged for cash, and they are non-refundable. The voucher can only be used once, over one transaction. It is not possible to spread the gift card value over several transactions.
In the event the code does not work, please contact me to resolve as sometimes technical hitches do occur, and although we try to limit any errors, they can happen. Don't worry though, we'll sort it out for you, hassle free.
Cropping of Images:
The image on your canvas or print may differ slightly to the image in the shop. All images shown in the shop are subject to being cropped, depending on the size of your canvas/print. This is to maintain the quality of the image. If the full image is printed, it could be stretched or shrunk which would make for a terrible product. The main part of the image will be on the canvas or print, so rest assured that the canvas/print will be of the highest quality.
Returns & Cancellations:
If you change your mind and decide you no longer want to go ahead with your purchase (after the point of sale) please contact me immediately via email@example.com and I will give a full refund when possible. However, if the order has already been sent to the supplier I will only be able to give a partial refund.
Please note, everything on this site is made to order and is bespoke. We do not keep stock, each item is handmade for you. As such, returns are exempt under Distance Selling Regulations, unless faulty. We will always listen to your case though, and try to help where possible. If you order, but change your mind, if for example, you no longer want the item, or delivery has been delayed and the item didn't arrive when you wanted it, we can't give a refund (not limited to those examples).
If your package appears to be damaged, please check the contents and refuse delivery so that the item can be returned and replaced free of charge. If you accept or sign for a package that appears damaged we will not refund. If you think it is necessary ask the postman/courier to wait. We will take all scenarios into account – so please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.
If an item shows damage from wear and tear we will be unable to replace the item, if you experience any other issues with the product then please contact us immediately. In the rare event that the item appears to be ‘faulty’ within 56 days of purchase please contact us so we can investigate and look to replace your item.
If an item is damaged from misuse, i.e, dropping your mobile phone and cracking the phone cover, we will not be able to replace your item. Most of the specialist items are made from plastic, and although they are excellent quality, they can still be damaged if dropped or not cared for correctly.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
Note: We do not store full credit card/account details.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
