We can only take payment via PayPal for Wallpaper Murals.  If you do make a payment on your card we will provide a refund subject to any incurred fees.  Please contact us with any payment queries.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products.

 

It is the customers responsibility to check the product on receipt and before hanging to a wall surface. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging of your products.

It is your responsibility to measure the wall correctly.  Once you have agreed to the quote, and have made the purchase, we are not liable for any errors or discrepancies.  This includes any errors made by us - so please double check the quote before accepting. Once the order is accepted and payment made, we are unable to reverse the transaction.  Wallpaper Murals are a bespoke, made to order product, and can't be used by anyone other than the consumer.  Please make sure you are committed to the purchase before buying.

Once the material has been applied to the wall, the product is deemed accepted and cannot be claimed as defective due to variations in mounting, adhesives, handling, and local environment (including humidity, heat, weathering or mold). Once you decide to cover the wall, we cannot be held liable for the alterations to the wall that are encountered when preparing or pasting your product. It is extremely rare that anything unusual should happen, but we are here to advise if there is anything you need to discuss after installation.

We are a really small business and the cost of the wallpaper production is relatively expensive for us.  We have kept prices as low a possible to make sure it is affordable to you, the consumer, so there is a big risk on our part.  Taking that into account, all purchases are final, and we are unable to accept any returns.  In extreme circumstances we can give a partial refund (minus the production costs).
